1. Participation in activities is at the participant’s own risk; the organizer accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during the activity. Insurance coverage applies only to activities conducted in accordance with the terms specified in the insurance policy.
2. The participant confirms that their health and physical condition permit participation, undertakes to inform the organizers in advance of any illnesses, injuries, or special medical conditions, and is responsible for bringing any necessary medications.
3. Parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for minor children participating in the activities.
4. All participants must follow the instructions of the guides for the duration of the activity to ensure public safety.
5. The participant is required to bring the necessary equipment, including appropriate footwear, suitable clothing, and sufficient water.
6. The participant undertakes to respect natural areas, religious sites, and private property, and to refrain from littering, lighting fires, or causing any damage to the site.
7. The organizers reserve the right to modify the program or schedule, or to cancel the activity in the event of adverse weather or any safety-related emergency.
8. A deposit is required to confirm a booking and will be applied toward the total fee; the remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment method. Payments are non-refundable for cancellations made less than three days before the scheduled
