Ô-Live Bchaaleh Community Kitchen
يقع مطبخ “عيش بشعله” داخل المبنى البلدي للبلدة، وهو مبادرة حيويّة تقودها نساء البلدة بمهارة وتفانٍ. أُطلق هذا المشروع في عام ٢٠٢١ من خلال برنامج تدريب إحترافي في فنون الطهي بحيث يمكّن حوالي خمس عشرة إمرأة من توفير مصدر دخل كريم لهنّ، كما يعزّز دورهنّ الأساسي في الحفاظ على تراث الطهي القروي الصحّي.
يدعوكم مطبخ “عيش بشعله” إلى عيش تجربة القرية الأصيلة طيلة يوم كامل فتتشاركون”كاس العرق” والمأكولات التراثيّة ومنتوجات بشعله الموسميّة الطازجة.
يُعدّ هذا المطبخ – إلى جانب كونه مكان طهي مميّز – مساحةً متعدّدة الإستخدامات قائمةً على قيم الإستدامة والشمول، وهو مدعوم من المجلس البلدي ومصمّم ليكون في متناول الجميع بما في ذلك الأشخاص ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصّة بحيث يوفّر لهم مرافق صحّيّة مجهّزة لخدمتهم، كما يمكن أن يستوعب حوالي خمسة وستّين ضيفاً في الداخل وماية وخمسين في باحته الخارجيّة، ما يجعل منه موقعاً مثاليّاً لحفلات الزفاف والإجتماعات الخاصّة والورش التدريبيّة والأنشطة السياحيّة المتنوّعة.

Paula’s Guest Table
Hosted at the Centuries Guest House, Paula’s Guest Table operates throughout the week, including weekends. It reflects the heart of home cooking in Bchaaleh, where guests are welcomed into a lively family setting to enjoy generous, traditional meals prepared with care.

Beit El Rahi’s Guest Table
Beit Al Rahi offers a warm and authentic escape in a beautifully preserved traditional stone house surrounded by the peaceful charm of a town of millennial olive trees. Opened nearly a year ago, the café serves homemade, authentic Lebanese food, including sandwiches, burgers, saj, and traditional dishes, all made by hand with care and fresh local ingredients.
