Inclusive Tourism

Bchaaleh — the first inclusive rural tourism destination in Lebanon – A Village for Everyone.
Inclusive tourism is not only about accessibility — it’s about creating shared human experiences.
As part of Bchaaleh’s Municipal Strategy for Inclusivity, BTA’s goal is to make Bchaaleh the first inclusive rural tourism destination in Lebanon.

Tourism to all!

In Bchaaleh, we believe that nature, heritage, and joy belong to everyone.

Through our inclusive tourism program, BTA is striving to make the natural and cultural heritage of Bchaaleh accessible to everyone. We open the doors of our trails, traditions, and experiences to all visitors — regardless of physical ability.

This initiative reflects our village’s deep values of solidarity, empathy, and belonging, and our commitment to making Bchaaleh a model of accessible rural tourism in Lebanon.

Training & Partnership

Our team has been trained by the Lebanon Mountain Trail Association (LMTA), under the patronage of the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Municipality of Bchaaleh, with the support of the Lebanese Union for People with physical Disabilities (LUPD).

Bchaaleh’s landscape — from its ancient olive trees to its hiking trails — carries stories that everyone should be able to experience.

In partnership with the Municipality of Bchaaleh, the Bchaaleh Trails Association (BTA) is transforming this vision into reality through inclusive activities designed for all.

These experiences invite every person — regardless of age, ability, or background — to discover, connect, immerse and live the spirit of Bchaaleh.
